Did an employee training version of the course when I worked for a local retailer, great staff, all their locations are amazing, well worth the price if you enjoy BBQ the course day was really interesting and lots of food to try through the day.

I got given one of these for my 30th and my wife came too and we loved it. Absolutely fantastic. Learnt so much and cooked some great food.

I was tempted, but no venue in the Midlands (sure they used to)? and Bristol or Manchester is to far to travel for me. Was very interested in the Genesis and Crafted Accessory course as have a lot of that stuff or the Smokefire course. Hopefully they set up an Academy in the Midlands soon

Did one of these years ago with my dad and brother. Fantastic day and well worth thd money. Learnt loads of new tricks and tips and a really entertaining and knowledgeable instructor kept us interested throughout. Would highly recommend.

Nice! So with this I could train 2 groups of people?
Would be nice to give back to the community and provide some guidance to save all those poor hamburgers from being turned into hockey pucks.
