Details
The future America is an irradiated waste land. On its East Coast, running from Boston to Washington DC, lies Mega City One--a vast, violent metropolis where criminals rule the chaotic streets.
The only force of order lies with the urban cops called “Judges” who possess the combined powers of judge, jury and instant executioner. Known and feared throughout the city, Dredd (Karl Urban, The Lord of the Rings, Star Trek) is the ultimate Judge, challenged with ridding the city of its latest scourge--a dangerous drug epidemic that has users of “Slo-Mo” experiencing reality at a fraction of its normal speed.
During a routine day on the job, Dredd is assigned to train and evaluate Cassandra Anderson (Olivia Thirlby, Juno), a rookie with powerful psychic abilities thanks to a genetic mutation. A heinous crime calls them to a neighbourhood where fellow Judges rarely dare to venture--a 200 story vertical slum controlled by prostitute turned drug lord Ma-Ma (Lena Headey, Game of Thrones, 300) and her ruthless clan.
When they capture one of the clan’s inner circle, Ma-Ma overtakes the compound’s control centre and wages a dirty, vicious war against the Judges that proves she will stop at nothing to protect her empire. With the body count climbing and no way out, Dredd and Anderson must confront the odds and engage in the relentless battle for their survival.

sorted byDidn't know 3d was still a thing though.
Saving the 3d disc here (This was made in Most PRoper 2 cameras 3d!) for if they ever wear off.
Of Course all the slomo scenes are on youtube, but splashy rainbows best with 90m of 18rated dark background. Even crosses Gneva convention on wp at point.
First Dr Strange (all the inception-y mandala fractal bits) & Fury Road (whenever he sees ghosts) went right to the limits of added on 3d as benefit to movie, to my knowledge.
That bit where the zombies fall out out the plane at you in WWZ only other 'when 3d was a thing' can remember.
And ALL of gravity. lol, raising a glass to ye olde era of 3d
The only cool 3d scene in this movie is the glass smashing at the top. Don't want to spoil it by saying any more. I have 3d projector, and it's the best 3d part in a film that makes you jump lol
Disagree every action set piece and especially the slo mo images are fantastic in 3D
You have ten seconds to comply
