    Thanks was showing only 6x points for me at Nectar, but I activated this too just in case they might honour it.

    The 6x bonus is showing on my eBay homepage but Chanchi's link worked for me. I have both the 12x and 6x activated. Not sure what I'm buying yet but I wonder if both bonuses will apply and if so, will they have a max bonus (of points worth £9) on each promotion or will it be combined? Only one way to find out.

    Something unusual happened with this .. I clicked the link and it gave me 12x but on my actual eBay promotion I had 6x … I bought something and it gave me both 18x. I’ve already transferred them into vouchers.

    It was the other way round for me but on my E Bay account it keeps saying:

    "We ran into a problem and can’t activate the Nectar bonus offer. Please try again later."

    I've retried it a few times but no luck

    What items can you purchase for this offer?

    Originally had the 6x offer my my nectar account.

    I have both showing on my eBay nectar but when you go to purchase an item £10+ it only shows that you will get item amount nectar points, no bonus points.

    Bought a £60 item, didn't show up in my nectar payments instantly so ordered another to see if it was a glitch & asked the seller to cancel & refund 1, they ended up cancelling the one the offer got used on (it actually worked but needed to process).. so instead of getting 1k points bonus I only got 60 points 🥲

    You needed to have activated the deal prior to buying, did you? If you did & it still didn't work, it can take a bit longer for some accounts: "Collected Nectar points will be credited to your Nectar account within 28 days of paying for an eligible item". If it still doesn't after then, you should contact Nectar support & query it.

    I signed up to the offer and at exactly the same time it unlinked my nectar account from ebay
    Only just realised when it said I wasn't linked when I linked back up again it gives me the history showing it unlinked the exact same time I signed upto the offer.

    This happened to me on the last 15x points a few weeks ago, only i didn't get any notification it had magically unlinked itself so I was patiently waiting for the points to show up in the app, totally unaware of the unlinking. But they never did show up and I know they say to wait 28 days but the base points weren't showing either, so I found the tab on ebay where you can see all you nectar activity and low and behold, my nectar account had been unlinked a few minutes after I made a purchase which qualified for the 15x points. I've spent a bit more on other purchases since then too, and their base points aren't showing in the nectar app either. Yet you're not supposed to be concerned about it unless it's been 28 days if waiting sooooo..... Tldr, check your eBay account nectar tab to see if it's linked the accounts and is showing activity


    Fwiw I've raised it as an issue with ebay today and mentioned it seemed a bit scammy and they're admitting there's a technical issue where accounts are being unlinked in the background and that just happens to coincide with making purchases that qualify for large amounts of bonus points
