The more inflated the SUP, the more stable it is and the better its movement.
Disconnect the pump and close the outer plug.

DEFLATION:
Firmly push the valve’s orange button to let the air out.
Do not put your face near and stay back.
Roll, starting from the opposite side to the valve to remove all the air.

Start folding up from the fin base, following the dotted lines to avoid damaging the base.

Maintenance toolNEVER UNSCREW THE VALVE WHEN THE SUP IS INFLATED! RISK OF INJURY.
If the valve leaks, once the SUP is deflated, close it a quarter turn using the tool provided.

10’ should be fine for an adult given it’s 32” wide, it’s also 5’ deep rather than 6’ but again I wouldn’t see this as too much of an issue. The only size I would tend to avoid is 10’ length or less combined with 28” width or less and 4” deep or less. Also TBF I’ve been on ones that fall within this that aren’t bad.

I echo the sentiment on pump, get an electric. Paddle is annoying and a tad expensive from Decathlon. These boards do have a good reputation though.

Edit: Original comment was about the length not being suitable for an adult just to give a bit of context to this comment. I will leave this as sizing can be super confusing with the recent SUP popularity and subsequent market saturation in boards of all shapes and sizes. (edited)

I've got the 11 foot one and am super happy with it. I bought their black premium manual pump too which is also really good quality. I found their paddle to be absolutely fine. No brainer
