What makes you so certain? Description makes no comment reference to condition or digital code. If either are not as described then I will try for a suitable discount or return it.

I don't mind if there is no code. As others have said, a lack of code should give the opportunity to negotiate a discount.

I must have been lucky.

My "Very Good" didn't have the outer box with the branding but everything else seemed OK and the Console, controller and cables all looked new / pristine. No code for the game so they might have well sold it as a basic console or as any other bundle.
