I've tried to redeem one of their cards a couple of times but staff have been unable to complete the process each time
Exchange it online for a retailer gift card and you can use it online and use a credit/debit card in the same transaction.
Why can't you use it for part payments? In-store should not be an issue and online you can use it with gift cards. If you have £50 one4all and you want to buy something from Currys online that is £60 you can buy a £10 Currys gift card with your normal debit/credit card and combine with the one4all.
I don’t like any gift card but at least Amazon is really easy to use and faultless.
