The nike one might be one size, but the UA cap is not. It comes in multiple sizes, hence the lack of adjustable strap.
Useless if you don't get told which you're buying.
Tbh I didn't know they weren't adjustable, I saw the deal and thought great, two decent white hats for summer holiday so bought but fortunately it's a good fit (my head isn't particularly large I'll add though)
