    The sauerkraut I've had in the past has been German. This is Polish & I'm not as keen. Is it brands or country of origin?

    You get what you pay for 👌 I’m Polish and my favourite is the German one from Morrisons. This one is what zee Germans call ‘ersatz’. If you’re after a real thing find a ‘Polish shop’ they sell the premium stuff in there. Meaning no good Polish sauerkraut at UK supermarkets (edited)
