About this item
  • COMPLETE DEEP CLEANING: Easily blast away trapped dust and debris from PC's, Laptops. Games Consoles, Tablets, and TV's safely using a powerful jet of air. Cleaning with air allows effective non-contact cleaning to avoid damage to delicate components and access to impossible to reach areas deep inside the case.
  • INSTANT POWER: With a flick of a switch, unleash a never-ending stream of clean, filtered and highly accurate air flow to blast away stubborn dust. Simply plug the device into mains power using the braided 3 metre power cable and experience gale force cleaning power at your finger tips. No recharging, no refills, just pure, endless, power.
  • ERGONOMIC: The lightweight and robust design houses an industrial 500 watt (.0.75hp) motor that will never lose pressure and is built to last. Weighing in at just 900g, the CompuCleaner can be used at any angle unlike canned air making it super manoeuvrable.
  • VERSATILE: Choose between 4 uniquely shaped, non-static nozzle attachments for enhanced and precise air direction and control. Use the longer attachments for pin point accuracy and the wide fan attachment for broad surface cleaning. Perfect for cleaning PC's, Laptops, Phones, Games Consoles, Servers, Models, Desks, Ornaments and Household items.
  • ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY: Reducing waste and maximising value for money was the key philosophy in developing CompuCleaner. By replacing the need for disposable air spray cans, the CompuCleaner saves you money and dramatically reduces waste and expenditure in the long run. Using a powerful yet energy efficient mains powered electric motor, allows the CompuCleaner to deliver sustainable high-performance cleaning which will last years… not seconds like canned air sprays!

This model is decent enough. They're all pretty much the same at this price. 550W mains power etc.

I bought a PDGROW 550W and it broke the first day I had it so that went back. I then bought an X-POWER A4 550W mains and it is way better than the PDGROW ever ones, plus it has a load of attachments with it.

So I can recommend this one, as it is powerful and it has more tools with it than the IT Dusters deal here >

Not knocking this deal, I feel the one I bought is the better of the two.

If you have the money then the USA made Metrovac Datavac ED500 is the boss of these cleaners, but that's reflected in the price >

Brilliant piece of kit, had mine a few years and it works just as well as it did on the day i bought it. Worth the money and less risk of moisture compared to a can of air.

Ordered this a little earlier today instead of the XPOWER A-2, as while the total claimed watts are less (500 vs 540), the claimed CFM is higher

I also dont like how the XPower attachments only push on with force, seems a likely point of failure, whereas this one has a sort of hook on more secure design, already seen one review that mentioned some of the tools coming off on the xpower (it wasn't a negative review, just an observation)

I've postponed delivery though until next week, on the offchance the CompuCleaner Xpert drops in price

These are regularly available as refurbished units on ebay starting at £20

suggests a fairly high failure rate

One thing putting me off vs the xpower is the unrated CFM. An "answer" on the amazon page says 100cfm, but google US results and pages suggest 70cfm actually, which makes it fair bit less than the xpower

Bought it five years ago for the same price. Does a great job. I blow out the filters twice a month and a full strip down and blow out once a year.
As said above, hold any fan you aim at.

This is the same (non-sale) price as on the manufacturer's website:-

    itdusters.com/pro…rs/

(As is the cheaper AIrTec version I bought yesterday from Amazon, thinking I was snagging a great deal! )
That said, I love the thing - the amount of debris it has just flushed out of my PC was insane. Do this outside if you can. (edited)

Bought one 6 years ago at this price. Very handy for cleaning out vacuum cleaner filters\parts amongst many other things. I've had many a dust storm in the back garden when cleaning out friends PCs before attempting to fix them.
