    I had one excellent but only lasted a year
    But might have been just unlucky

    Good points are everything except connector to tyre (screw on i prefer click on)
    Heat added for price as i paid £30 (edited)

    Same here. Last about the same, then just refused to air when I needed it. For occasional use it’s fine though.

    I have this great bit of kit but the one I bought the wife for similar money is better can set the pressure and stops when it reaches and has a decent light

    is it me or do others find it an ordeal to screw the tube off the valve once you have inflated your tyre? I find I have to put a bit extra pressure in tyre to allow for the inevitable loss of air whilst removing the valve connector.

    For £25 I got one of the portable units.

    Its a bit weedy (takes no time to get to 20 psi, then fourteen years to do the extra 10 to get to 30 psi).
    However, as its rechargeable, its a lot easier to use, especially for motorbikes, etc, which don't have a ciggy lighter socket thingy.
    Its also a lot quieter. I've used one of the Ring things, and woke half the street up using it at 7am...
