    More rubbish from Xbox.

    Have you played Celeste?!

    Trashpass

More bilge-water for Game Pass. It's impossible to defend against the XB hates now when you compare it to what PS Plus Extra offers. Oh no, wait - we have the new Game Pass Core to look forward to, so all is forgiven! Money well spent!!
  4. BMG21's avatar
Another month where the games leaving are better than the ones being added. No way these games are worth the full sub. I get it's hard to constantly add belters but come on.
  5. DarthVader66's avatar
    More rubbish
  6. toner84's avatar
Really poor additions for me… nothing to celebrate here
  7. GameOverMan's avatar
Just because they're not AAA big budget titles doesn't automatically make these additions bad. Alot of these game have very good reviews on Steam.

Isn't the whole point of gamepass to try games we wouldn't normally play.

Celeste and Serious Sam: Siberian Mayhem are worth the price alone imo.
    Leonh's avatar
Lol poor attempt at defending it, it’s bad (edited)

    Heat for Celeste. Incredible game.
    Melky's avatar
Really glad this is coming back, noticed too late last time it was here and only got half way into it. Beautiful game!
  9. XP200's avatar
Very nice, only problem is too many games and not enough hours in the day.
  10. GokeUK's avatar
Wow only heard of Celeste which is an old game. The leaving games are probably bigger titles than what we are getting too.
    Kaliban_27's avatar
"Old"!? It only came out in 2018
  11. HenryWinters_'s avatar
Game Pass is straight up not worth full price. Either don't pay for the whole year or find a way to get it discounted or microsoft rewards.
  12. jak22's avatar
Game pass is great for rewards - about £12 a month back and in the old days when you could convert gold it cost under £5 a month for game pass

Now with MS its pay more for less - every month its games that no-one would think of paying for - even if Starfield is great its just one game and the DLC wont be included in game pass so a purchase makes more sense

Why cant MS just produce one single game as good as Zelda TotK? (edited)
    ZeroTheGhostDog's avatar
Last line is quite subjective really, I have tried numerous times to get into the recent Zelda games but can’t, and don’t see the appeal at all - but for example I’ve put tonnes of hours into Forza 4 and 5, so therefore to me those are ‘better’ games than Zelda.

I know that generally Zelda is regarded as a top tier game though, just making a point that not everyone sees it like that. (edited)

Some people are so angry about this. I don't get it. There are loads of good games here. I spent a couple of hours playing techtonica last night. Some of us like just trying different things. If you prefer Playstation, fine. Go play that. If you like Xbox but not Gamepass... just buy games when they come out. It is so boring checking these comments for people's insight into which games to try and all it is every time is the same comments about how bad it is. I bet my life most of you haven't even tried all of them. It only takes one hidden gem and you get your money's worth. I have spent hundreds of hours doing absolutely everything on some tiny games I never would have heard of otherwise.
    mattbat's avatar
I'm playing Toem at the moment. Would never pick that game usually. But tried it on Gamepass and finding it a pretty chill experience.
  14. Kristcobain's avatar
Still waiting on Shantae and the seven sirens to show up, holding off buying it cause I know as soon as I do it'll be in game pass it ps extra.... Anyone wanna take that hit?
  15. roryharvey1's avatar
    They're re-adding Celeste? (edited)
    Ciara_Sweeney's avatar
It's cheap for them and has name recognition I guess. Good game and should be on there but I'm surprised it seems to be the biggest name of the set
  16. billybillybillybilly's avatar
Not a bad month tbh but pretty gutting that Two Point Campus is leaving
    JoeUk123's avatar
I was really disappointed with it. Seemed. Like just a clone of 2 point hospital with a different skin

Only game I'm interested in there unfortunately is Ascent, which is leaving
I see it's been added to PS Plus though, that's something.

Maquette and Toem are good fun. Hated Celeste, personally.

Can't see the Crunchyroll or Naruto perks anywhere? Are they US only?

Crunchyroll Premium Perk – July 20

Naruto might be US only. It was on a Reddit thread.

When we first got gamepass there was games like "rain on your parade" and "donut county" my daughter liked playing.

Are they any games like that on gamepass at the moment? Simple and fun for a 5 year old girl?
    Roger_Irrelevant's avatar
    Unravel 1&2, Fall Guys, Zuma
  29. Holooky's avatar
Maquette, Wandering Village and Toem are all very decent additions. Another month with no big hitters though.
  30. TALON1973's avatar
Not played serious Sam since the first 2. Is it co-op?
  31. shazza17's avatar
    Ok
  32. joetimperley's avatar
This is absolute hot garbage, but I’ll give Xbox the benefit of the doubt for the next 2 months since we have some really big hitters coming to GP later this year.
  33. ZeroTheGhostDog's avatar
I was gonna buy wandering village recently on Steam so that’s just saved me a bit, cheers for the heads up OP
  34. Decoded's avatar
When I saw Village thought it was the Resident Evil one
  35. DarthVader66's avatar
Need help has anyone notices ultimate has disappeared from xbox live rewards for 12,000 points?
    mattbat's avatar
Gamepass ultimate seems to have been removed from the rewards at the moment. Probably gonna put up the points needed to purchase as the price of gamepass has gone up.
  36. mrbone's avatar
Indiepass lol. Not a good month. It seems all big games that can be released there are already there and hence only small indie games are now added.
  37. Glasshalfsmashed58's avatar
    Nothing there for me sadly.
