ay goodbye to sleepless nights, stressed-out days, and the chaos overthinking has been causing in your lifeDo you worry about every little thing people say or do around you?

What did they mean? Might you have made a mistake? Are they out to get you? Or have you maybe offended or upset them?

Do self-doubt and second-guessing sabotage you at every turn?

Do you agonize about the past and fret over the future, keeping you from making the most of the present?

It’s exhausting living with your mind racing around from one dreadful possibility to the next, even when you know logically that a lot of these thoughts are unrealistic or at least unlikely. Logic quite often has nothing to do with it.

It’s thinking that has got you into this mess, and more unhelpful thinking is simply not the answer.

Unfortunately, it can be hard to stop once you get yourself into the spiral of overthinking. Your thoughts can get ahead of you, racing around like runaway trains on the tracks in your head… blocking you from your own mind and distracting you from what really matters.

If you want to take your life back, start feeling better, and live more peacefully, you need to take control and put an end to your overthinking.

In this practical and easy-to-use book, you will discover:

  • The best way to calm an overactive mind to keep it from overwhelming you
  • How your thoughts create your feelings and decide your reality
  • How to make decisions without getting bogged down by analysis paralysis and procrastination
  • How to identify what triggers your overthinking so you can catch yourself before it takes over
  • How you can stop your overthinking tendencies by replacing them with healthier habits
  • Insightful reflection questions to help you understand yourself and what’s going on inside you
  • Action steps, exercises, and simple techniques to reduce anxiety, work on your thoughts, and feel better quickly
And much more.

The following technique works for me:

Inhale deeply through nose, hold for three seconds, exhale through mouth while verbalising a well used world followed by "it".

Election and referendum results over the past decade or so indicate an epidemic of UNDERthinking...

Underthinking is a far more widespread problem. But those afflicted would never ever consider reading a book for help. Even some Insta vids are too long for them.

Not sure how much I trust this kind of read, from someone who is not learned in the field. They're a business person, chasing what can make them money at the detriment of those suffering.

That's a very crude way of putting it; there's nothing wrong with gaining financially while being helpful/useful
