Dont forget if you book another flight to Sri Lanka you are going to have to go trough passport control to check in and bag drop so you will need an indian visa if your from the uk

It's a great price. if you can go in Nov cost a little more but it's Diwali time, as this year Diwali falls in Nov, you'll have a super great time.

Check the visa situation, I went last year and the UK was not on the huge list of e-VISA supported countries - required an in perosn embassy appointment with lots of paperwork - which was a massive hassle/time drain.

E-visa's are now available for British pp holders

Googled just for you - not required if you have a Schengen visa or a visa from the US, Canada or Japan, but required otherwise. (edited)

It's monsoon season at these times, plus expensive luggage options. Thanks for posting but not a great deal really.

Monsoon in Chennai is mid October to November end. And the volume is not even remotely close to what cities like Mumbai experience.

These prices are for carry on luggage only 8kg. You will need far more than that.
