Did you get your money back in the end or a replacement from them?
I would just say buy things like this on credit card as worst case you can easily claim back via them if they are playing hard ball.
I had no problems with reliant but I wasnt unlucky to have to deal with a broken item and you cant really say a place is great until you are unfortunate enough to need to use their support when its gone wrong!- Delivered today, performed a self install and the first cleaning cycle is coming to an end. Very quiet compared to my outgoing washing machine.
Delivery driver gave a call before arrival, placed in the location I specified, no damage to report.
Having trouble registering for the 5 year warranty, website keeps erroring. Opened a chat via WhatsApp to see what can be done.

Yep 🏼- Thanks OP, my Zanussiwasher dryer purchased in 2012 did not sound so well this afternoon, I had tocut the spin cycle short towards the end when the utility room started to smelllike something mechanically was about to die! Performed a reasonablelevel of Google research and I kept coming back to this deal, so I havepurchased. Delivery due Friday, just in time for the next run of nappywashing!!!
Having a small utility room with a door, I've found using a dehumidifier veryeffective at drying a large quantity of clothing, and have not used the dryerfunction for some time.

Does anyone know what the equivalent dryer model is?The equivalent? Probably LG FDV909 which has been £469 - £489 recently.
I grabbed the FDV909 which came with a very basic metal bracket for stacking and this worked great for my washing machine (same one here bought a few years ago), you just need to use the 550mm side when it wrongly tells you to use the 600mm side.
