Today we have an important announcement to make. After long and careful consideration, we decided to freeze the web version of our service. Starting on 3 July, Cryptopay will become mobile app-only.
We understand that this may come as a surprise. You may be wondering – what is going on exactly? Let us explain.
Suspending the web version was not an easy decision to make. We spent months talking to our users, exploring your habits and motivations – all to try and understand how we can give you the product that will help you best achieve your goals. (edited)
Only Crypto or Cryptopay unfortunately
Plus do I always have to topup or will the virtual card just take the funds from my bank account registered? (edited)
If you don't have enough funds on your card, it won't automatically draw more from your bank account, and it will return the error message that "this payment method is no longer valid".
the app and web asks me to contact customer service.
Created my PSN last night all ok as I can access the Turkey store on PS5. Set up Crypto.com account. Verification was only an hour or so as set up this afternoon. Applied for the midnight blue card. Seems to be accepted and had an email saying it's accepted and ready soon.
App has pending for the virtual card issue. The other 2 items ticked and past looks like. It's been about 4 hours. Does it take that long to get the virtual card?
I also tried hot-spotting from my phone with VPN with no luck - same error every time, and I have given up for now
Can someone help if possible? I keep getting error ws-116449-5
