Don't forget to claim your free detergent and softener when you have your serial number! (edited)
Washing cycle is really quiet until the spin - the spin is dreadful - the vibrations are well above normal on a fully levelled machine, with a balanced load (yes the bolts are out). We have a wooden joist floor and it shakes the whole kitchen, we can feel it x2 rooms away. On 1400rpm you don't want to stand in the same room.
LG will sell you the rubber insulation feet for about £30 (these used to be included apparrently) and there's a note in the set-up stating wooden floors may carry vibrations, hmmm. The feet are 2-3mm of rubber cushioning with a surround to hold the unit in place if it walks. You're probably better off spending the same cash on a thicker isolation mat. These have arrived but yet to be fitted, I have my reservations - I doubt they will do much.
LG require you to have tried these as part of fault identification, if you happen to have received a faulty unit.
The units are manufactured in China, have a plastic base and x3 dampeners rather than 4.
They also have a slightly odd arrangement with the outlet hose, which starts on the bottom left, tails up to the top left , where it is security bolted in place the hose then goes across to the top right and down again. Every other machine we've had has a hose running from top left down. This might cause you an installaton issue - we had to buy a further extension hose as basically the unit wants to drain off to the right.
LG also specify 2cm clearance either side of the machine and it's slightly higher than typical units so check your dimensions.
If you have a utility room, or a poored concrete floor this might be a very good buy.
Anyone who has an LG washer/dryer - I'd love to hear if my experience is normal? I have a LG FWV796WTSE washer/dryer for reference.

My 15 year old JL badged Zanussi won't die.
Probably will next week though.
We had to buy genuine parts from a retailer as the supplier agreed to re-imburse the cost as LG specifies them as part of troubleshooting, so we needed the invoice.
£30+ for x4 rubber feet which cost a few pence and used to be free is really poor in terms of brand reputation, it's just gauging.
Can you expire
Thanks to the OP - great deal! (edited)
I almost ordered the one for £379 earlier in the week, glad I waited
