    He was flawed.. but interesting.. he wasn't evil either. One of his favourite spells is a very old (possibly Egyptian) prayer to god (albeit one asking for dominion over good and bad spirits) the headless one.

    He never sacrificed a child or his child.

    His works are entirely meh. Christ, he had to pay for his own publishing and then bought most of his own stock.

    But his life story is incredible (and gross) . Well worth a listen to by LPotL if you're not of a sensitive disposition

    Yes David Bowie and Led Zeppelin's Jimmy Page both had interest in him and the Golden Dawn. I have to admit I've never read any of his books. (edited)
