Search for sd card holder, loads of erm. The linked one above is smallest I saw.
The quality is terrible, it doesn’t worth more than £2.
It's even nicely boxed with inserts and paper wrap.
The only thing for me is that its a bit too 'new' and inflexible, otherwise unbeatable for a couple of quid.
