    Thanks OP. Slightly off topic, but does everyone normally dispose of these safely?

    I use an old, empty, metal, lidded, paprika tin. Been going 6 months now and nowhere near filling it. When I do eventually fill it, the whole lot can safely go into the metal recycling bin

    Gone through a few different makes and I always come back to these. They just seem sharper and more durable than others I've tried.

    I think the blades also suit certain razors. My first razor was amazing with feather and I swore I'd never use a different blade. I changed my razor and the feathers dragged on my face then. Only the derby work for me properly now.

    When I used to wet shave these were far and away my favourite, just seemed to shave just right with a 1950s Gillette TV Rocket. It’s 100% worth getting a blade sampler pack if you’re just getting into it as it seems like different blades work much better with different razors. Everyone seems to love Personna Platinums but it was like shaving with a bread knife for me

    I use the single edge version of these. Not the sharpest but good value nonetheless and do an adequate job.
