Update 1
Update 17/8: Price Reduced to £213 total
Same as my deal the other day, but flying from Stanstead, if you can manage on hand luggage, a cheap 7 night holiday to The Algarve in November for two, hotel looks nice, transfers are not included, it's £92 for two hold baggage, flying with Ryanair

The Studio 17 apartments by Atlantic Hotels, which offers a range of apartments and studios, is located in a Portimao residential district, in good proximity to local bars and restaurants.

All of the spacious and modern apartments offer a fully equipped kitchenette, free WiFi, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with a bath. Some rooms also include a balcony with a view. The kitchenette's include a fridge, toaster, microwave and an electric kettle.

There’s a swimming pool onsite, with a sun deck and sun loungers, and a couple of vending machines that dispense snacks and drinks.

Both Praia da Rocha and the centre of Portimao are around a 5-minute drive away.

Most guests, however, will be heading for Praia da Rocha, which translates to beach of rocks, and is one of Portugal’s most popular tourist destinations. And one of the liveliest towns on the Algarve coastline!

There’s plenty of space on the long sandy beach, where you will undoubtedly spend most of your time, for everyone – families and couples alike – to do their own thing. Jet skis, kayaks, and pedal boats are readily available for hire, with the sheltered bay having clean and calm, albeit cold for much of the year, waters. There aren’t any strong currents to worry about, and lifeguards are on duty to help anyone who gets into trouble. For those who’d prefer to stay on the shore, sun umbrellas and loungers are available to rent for a few euros.

Praia da Rocha beach parties are legendary, and many bars and nightclubs stay open until the small hours.

There are several Irish pubs and karaoke bars on the main strip, while the restaurants and bars alongside the marina offer more upscale dining and drinking options.

English is widely spoken, especially by anyone who works in the tourist industry, and restaurant menus and most other signs will have an English translation.

There’s also popular boardwalk and harbour area just off from the beach, but if you want to explore, Algarve, Portimãohas, the largest town in the area, is just a bus or cab ride away. Once a major hub for shipbuilding and sardine fishing, it’s turned its sights towards tourism in recent years, and is now a laid-back, residential city.

The old docks have been redeveloped into a pedestrian walkway that leads to the attractive old town, where there’s plenty of opportunity for shopping, exploring the local culture that’s largely missing from Praia da Rocha itself, or just relaxing with a coffee or wine in a shady tree-lined square.

Reception staff are happy to arrange car and bicycle hire, or babysitting services. And if golf is your thing, the Alto Golf Courses are easily accessible by car.

Stayed here what seemed like a very long time ago. Remember it being surrounded by open ground at the back and there was an annoying rooster which woke us every morning. Felt like bit of a walk to the beach but lovely beach, cave and boardwalk.

The actual experience may be great but remember it is with Love Holidays: appalling service if you need to contact them for any reason. Their policy is NOT to interact in any way with customers more than 28 days from departure.
