Kingston as a brand is crap

These drives are trash, the last one I had burnt out, corrupted and locked itself. I would definitely pay the extra and get a small SSD drive instead. (edited)

Very poor writing speeds but it's a decent 256GB for£10.98

What would you say is a small drive with good r/w speeds?

Price wise, and capacity wise aside for a moment or two, etc.

I have a question, how does the OP's pen drive deal, compare (speed wise, that is), with that of this USB 3.2 Gen 1 pen drive too, basically?

    Found here:

    Thanx.

Ok drive for watching film on your TV or something of that nature, but will be very slow writing to drive.

    These are PAINFULLY slow.
I was doing some data backup to the 128GB version and ...oh my goodness it took me 7h (!) for the files to copy over.

And mine is a very much a decent machine with 32GB ram and I was backing up an SSD

So ebuyerUK despite having UK in their name won't send this to one of the 4 countries in the UK (Northern Ireland).
I actually cancelled Amazon Prime a while back because so many things 'can't be shipped to your location' despite me living about a mile away from a massive Amazon warehouse in Belfast
