Just ordered one in SE27. Not sure what are this good at? Can someone explain in simple terms?

For joints mostly. Better off with a higher dosage as someone has said or at least if it's this low get glucosamine and chondroitin.

Glucosamine and chondroitin sulfate are substances found naturally in the body. Glucosamine is an amino sugar that plays a role in cartilage formation and repair. Chondroitin sulfate is part of human cartilage.

It was in stock for delivery but now Oos, however some stores have it available for click and collect. It’s not purely an indication (edited)

It said Low Stock when I checked availability locally. That usually means no stock. Checked when I was collecting an order. The shelf was empty and the SEL said £7.99 going by the description.

Advice from my consultant was to get a high dosage and not 500mg.

it is part of the offer 3 for 2 (on selected vitamins) if you manage to get some locally (even though it is not stated on the product page).
