If you chnage airports for example Manchester comes to a similar price and you can also add another traveler as well

Can anyone tell me the best way to find decent deals on solo trips? I struggle to find what I want then just give up

I book accomodation and travel seperately through AirBnB or a hotel aggregator, and then a travel comparison site like SkyScanner, or Eurostar if that serves the destination. That way I can tailor the holiday to exactly what I want to do.

You could also use solo travel companies like Flashpack; I've never used them, but people I spoke with said good things about them!

Do not go to this hotel, avoid like the plague, went there in july, and honestly its the worst hotel ever. If i showed you some of the photos, in saying that tunisia was a nice place to visit, but not this hotel

Probably irrelevant to most, but every person I've ever spoken to about Tunisia has said never again.

Been to Tunisia and enjoyed. it If you're in a big hotel you can just sit by the pool and enjoy the weather. Did a 2 day tour which was nice. Saw the Amphitheatre, Troglodyte houses. didn't have any problems and the locals were all friendly.

Tbh I would stay away if you are non-white. There’s a huge problem there at the moment with African immigrants clashing with the local Tunisian population.

Has any been to this area before? Other than drinking and beach much todo? Can't seem to find much online other than that.

It used to be busier before the beach incident, wouldn’t be my first choice after that.

The travel advice on the dot gov website does not give my any reassurance either. (edited)

Sorry if I'm being stupid but I can't work out how to add another passenger, when I click the get deal button it just takes me to picking flights for one passenger

I was looking at the tripadvisor photos and this is bringing me parallel memories from the 90s. Seems this hotel is stuck in time. Feels like i took a time machine lol.

Not sure if the same is for all Tunisian hotels.

Which airline is it with, and us there any baggage allowance or do you pay extra ?
    senorsombrero3k's avatar
    easyJet

Get what you pay for in Tunisia, this is not a deal unless you are desperate for winter sun and prepared to put up with the hotel.

Just booked myself. As long as there is a pool and food and coffee in the morning and beer in the evening. Bargain

Just had a look and there doesn't seem to be any way of getting from Birmingham to Bristol Airport by coach (on the 15th Jan at least). There were flights from BHX that were cheaper than taking the train (and that dumps you a few miles away). (edited)
