500g Wild salmon fillets, skinless & boneless.

These are great value for money, the prices have increased and decreased but this is the cheapest I have seen.
I like that they are individually packaged.

Is there a secret to cooking these frozen salmon? The cooked frozen ones always taste very dry, as if someone has extracted all the oil and moisure out of the fish.

Bake in oven, wrapped in foil to retain all the moisture.

The important bit is the ‘wild salmon’ bit. Once you see the processes behind farmed salmon you’re likely to never go near it again
