This is an absolute steal at this price! Double-dipped this game from my 3DS and still one of my main go-to games on the Switch. Nostalgia heaven!

Harlow Playhouse had this as the only arcade machine in its bar in mid to late 80's.

With the Playhouse being right next to Harlow College West Site it seemed like 90% of the students was crammed round it every single lunchtime.

Epic game and great memories.

Bring Outrun 2 to the AGES lineup (cant believe its almost 20 years old!) then you will have one happy retro gamer!!

Sadly due to licensing that's highly unlikely to happen, and I say this as a huge Outrun 2 fan. It's the same reason that it was taken down from the PS3 and 360 stores years ago.

iirc, The 3DS port of the first game here only had to remove a single Ferrari logo - but Outrun 2 has a ton of different car models to choose from, plus all the advertising. They could do it but it'd take more work.

I've taken to less legal means of still playing it today.. but it's worth it!

Thanks for this. One of my favourite games on the Specrum many moons ago. Enduro racer was also a favourite. Had enough gold coins just to get for 'free' too, so result!

Speaking as someone who loved the arcade original, this is a great port and a steal at this price. The Switch is also a great fit format wise. A perfect game for those quick ‘pick up and play’ moments.
