Funny to me how all these free games and gaming services have just cheapened gaming to me to the point I do not touch any of it. Like with Epic, at first I took the free games, now I do not even bother. The same thing happened to me with the Steam sales, you become numb to it after awhile. I've found if I do not actually own the game, I do not play anything as I feel no ownership, no attachment. So ironically making gaming more accessible has just meant I've played less and less and become bored.

The really annoying thing though is it has meant publishers keep their game prices higher for longer now. They used to drop fast, but now they have all these services, they need to present value to you. Which is fine on console as you can sell the game when you complete it, but on PC it has meant I do not buy anything cause the sales are now crap. Like Halo Infinite should really be £15 at this point, but because of Game Pass they've kept the price so high. So I play even less lol..... I really wish the PC had physical back.

When it comes to computer games I have no qualms picking them up for free and accumulating them. But I do understand and sympathise (sincerely) with the psychology behind ownership of a hard copy

Tried this a few weeks ago but the lag while playing with a Xbox controller is shocking, not sure if it’d be better with a luna controller

No lag issues with series x controller for me, decent gaming considering my crappy neighbour's wifi
