Excellent price for this car seat which is basically the Joie i-spin 360 with cheaper fabrics. I managed to get it for £112 by adding it to my baby wishlist and then adding it to my basket and also checking the voucher option.

Our original Turn2Me 360° Rotating ISOFIX Car Seat has been adapted to meet the EU’s new R129 standards. Most importantly, Turn2Me R129 has undergone more extensive side impact testing and ensures your little one can stay rearward facing longer.
Easy 360º seat rotation, no more awkward bending for parents! Turn2Me R129 smoothly turns with just one hand, meaning you can get your little one in and out of the car hassle free.
Quick ISOFIX installatio, the incorporated ISOFIX connecters allow you to install with just one click. For additional peace of mind, the handy colour-coded indicators show you when the car seat is secure and ready to go.
Interchangeable TrueShield side impact protection pod attaches to either side of the car seat. In the event of a collision, it works to reduce the impact and better protects your child from head to hips.
No-rethread harness, as your child grows, easily adjust the harness and headrest together to one of the six positions (TB Note: This came from Joie Spin 260 GTI) to ensure your little one is always properly fitted.

What are folks thoughts on a seat like this that permanently sits in the car, versus a seat that comes out of the car and clips into the pushchair? I'm totally lost on which type to go for!

The ones that you carry to the car and clip into the pushchair are quite good, you can get baby ready and clipped in the seat indoors then take them to the car, if they go to sleep in the car then you can try and transfer them to the pushchair without waking them too.
About 9 months they start to get a bit heavy to carry to the car, so at that point we changed to a isofix spin seat which will last until about 4.
At 4 we just got a cheap Halfords booster seat with a back, then around 6 / 7 they can take the back away and just use the booster.

If you install this are you sacrificing one seat in your car as this will be semi permanent?

if you have any car seat and/or isofix base installed then you are sacrificing one seat. isofix bases can be easily removed though.

Where was the voucher option for the baby wishlist? I only got the first discount applied

You just add the item to the baby wishlist. Then go check out your wishlist, add the item to the basket from the wishlist and then another £24 will come off.

If you read how Amazon baby wishlist works it will make sense

Just what I needed.. just a shame you need a baby list for 14 days before you get the discount I never knew about a baby list! Hopefully will stay this price in 2 weeks since the delivery date (for the seat) is over 2 weeks away

Oh that's a shame, hadn't realised it does not apply instantly. It applies to most baby items, handy to get 15% off on some of the big ticket items!

just added it to my basket again and the discount automatically gets added (for me anyway)

What are people's thoughts on this? Ordered a Cosatto all in all-in-all 360 from Amazon and the rearward legroom is awful and it looks like the baby is so uncomfortable as the legs are folded. Thinking about returning it and getting another one that has more legroom when facing the rear(baby is 1.5 years old). I currently have a Joie 0 seat which has lots of room. (edited)
