Retailers are extending their return policies for Christmas: Full List of Shops Extending Returns Policies for Christmas

You don't often think about purifiers using algorithms. But this Dyson Purify Cool™ uses 3 intelligent sensors and a unique algorithm to make sure the air in your home is as clean as you'd expect. That means it diagnoses and reports pollutants in your home, in real time, so you instantly know what's going on. There are 2 layers of purification that trap gases and up to 99.95% of tiny particles, even ones as small as 0.1 microns – that's the size of microscopic dust mites. And once they're inside, they're sealed there thanks to the fully-sealed system – there's no escape!

Good to know

- Air Multiplier technology circulates purified air throughout your entire room and pulls in pollutants
- Auto Mode does all the work for you - all you need to do is turn the purifier on
- Stay cool with 290 litre per secondpurified airflow - perfect for a hot day
- Diffused mode lets you purify without cooling, diverting airflow though the back so there's no cold air
- Night mode keeps monitoring and purifying, but on the quietest settings and with the display dimmed
- Sleep timer turns the purifier off automatically - you can choose anywhere from 15 minutes to 9 hours
- Monitor your air quality in real time on the LCD display
- Control your Dyson purifier using the remote control

Please note:

Tested for filtration efficiency at 0.1 microns (EN1822, ISO29463). Tested for air projection, purification coverage in an 81 m³ room. Dyson's product filtration efficiency at MPPS achieved 99.95% H13 HEPA level defined by EN1822, compared to the purifiers based on market data [from March 2020]. Product filtration efficiency tests conducted at IBR US within a chamber specified in ASTM F3150, under max mode and using particles challenged by DEHS oil according to EN1822.

Great deal... But I got this for my gf to get through the summer as she's pregnant and I wouldn't really say it's even worth this much to be honest. Nothing super special and pretty loud too

I almost bought one earlier but looked into reviews. Sounds  crap.

Dyson direct price and have free 35 returns. I’d avoid curry’s

Stay away. I bought a dyson fan and it conked out a couple months out of its one year warranty. They couldn’t care less when I called up.

Got the Meaco 1056P for a third of the price and it’s 10 times better. More airflow and quieter.

    why ended

it was £91 at Amazon a while back, but that’s no reason to expire this deal

Does it have a good warranty? Not sure it can handle the naturally occurring pollutants in my home office.

Looks to be a pretty standard price now. You can get it from John Lewis which explicitly says 2yr guarantee included.

Has anyone got a dyson student beans code? Thinking of getting it from there to try as they do 35 day returns

What is the offer? Can’t find the discount code?

    Thanks OP, just purchased

Meaco 1056 fan which has retired my AC this year, has been often compared as a better alternative to this Dyson fan (edited)

Why would the Meaco be better than an AC? I am about to buy the Luko AC deal on here and I have a Meaco so wondering if I should just buy another based on your comment.

Dyson have the same deal but with a free 35 day no questions trial/return policy. Just in case you're unsure you can return no questions asked and get a full refund. You really don't want to buy this from Curry's when there's a no question try it out and return policy on offer as you'll only get a refund from them if it's faulty or misdescribed hotukdeals.com/dea…d=7 (edited)

"According to a Dyson spokesperson with knowledge of the situation, autoreact has been brought in to address the current worldwide shortage of microchips and other components and supply chain issues in general. As a result, this 'new' range of purifying fans does not include support for Dyson's app, because the chip that would normally provide Wi-Fi connectivity is not included in the product."

I have one with a WiFi chip and it hardly works anyway

I have a dyson fan and a meaco. The meaco is far and away a superior fan. Quieter, cheaper and more effective. Would never buy a dyson again. Way, way overpriced.

I have this Dyson fan and the meaco 1056. There is no comparison between the 2. Meaco was 1/4 the price, is quieter and cools more effectively

Also same price in John Lewis

I was looking for the heat and cool one a while back. They seem to have shot right up in price.

Ordered yesterday, getting delivered today. Good price
  16. MesutCan_Gurle's avatar
It's the same price as John Lewis and boots. They all dropped prices at the same time

Come on people it's not even hot... bit of sun and it's panic stations

"Unique algorithmn" ... what a load of tosh, it's a fan with a filter that costs £65 to replace

Many people commented here... about cooling. But this one is an air purifier... 600-1000 square feet capacity... Dyson is Dyson... good quality and perfect customer service.
