    You can still save even if only part of your journey is with Northern, consider splitting your tickets.

    For example, for Wigan to London, you could get Wigan to Stoke-on-Trent for £0.50-£2 (Northern), then Stoke-on-Trent to London for standard fare (West Midlands).

    Literally cannot find anything. Same as last time. Couple of years ago got a load of tickets to go somewhere every weekend for about 5 weeks. That was the last time the train was affordable

    Good luck with these tickets. Waste of money using northern. All you ever hear over the tannoy is "we regret to announce that the insert time northern train has been cancelled". Then if one arrives, everyone has to travel on the two carriage train that should've been 5 carriages. Northern has to be the least reliable service out there.

    I've always used these flash sales over 2 years and no trains out of about 40 have ever been cancelled

    There is lots of availability for Sheffield to York e.g. on 19th Sept. When searching you need to go on advanced search options and then select 'our trains only', then it should show more of the sale tickets.

    Good sale. But when u add kids when getting the tickets the cost is quite high...you no longer can get the sale price.

    I've ordered tickets as "adults" for my kids. I hope the conductor isn't too picky when checking our tickets

    Last time they had this on I was able to select Blackpool as one of the destinations. This time it isn't included (edited)

    Thanks, got return from Leeds to Horton in Ribblesdale for a Pen-y-ghent walk, 2x return to Skipton and 2x return to Hull for a tenner in total. 5 Saturdays in a row for a day trip.

    You need to split the journey. Look for Sheffield to Hull. Then book Hull to Brid.
