Been looking for an alternative to the Nong Shim Shin Ramyun noodles that I enjoy but have become really popular and as a result expensive for noodles 🤦🏽. These good or any suggestions.

These taste very similar to Nong Shim Shin but slightly spicier...

Leeds Merrion had these about a month ago. Quite nice and a bit spicy.

Proper extreme spicy ones have 13,000 SHU (Scoville Heat Units) which is likely just made up anyway and not tested. This one won't give most people any trouble unless they can't tolerate Chilli at all. The heat doesn't get up to an intolerable level ever, nowhere near close and the effect is short lasting. A proper one will feel like you're eating glass and give you stomach cramps for hours after.

So don't worry about eating this it won't hurt you. If you want extreme and just about tolerable then try Buldak ramen noodles.

These don't really have any heat at all, they're just very spicy.
