The seller is falsely cancelling orders with "Buyer asked to cancel" reason. For anybody who wants to report the seller for falsely marking your account as having cancelled the order and abusing ebay policy:

    ebay.co.uk/hel…022

    -Click "report a seller"

-Click "The seller has violated one of eBay’s policies"

    -Enter username "youritdelivered"

-Explain that they falsely cancelled your order by entering the reason "Buyer asked to cancel" and are claiming it is out of stock when you did not asked to cancel. Mention that you do not wish to cancel the order. Say that they have broken the "Abusing the cancellation process" rule by falsely stating the cancellation reason to avoid Ebay seller rating strikes.

    Ebay policy:
"Sellers aren't allowed to abuse the order cancellation process. A seller should never cancel an order and select an incorrect cancellation reason" (edited)

They did this to me to, sent me some bull line of a compute glitch offered something for sale that we can't provide, I have no issue them cancelling it for the actual reason, but not making up fake excuses

Ordered it. Let's see if it's real!!

The website has a 20% restocking fee and if you received the wrong one you kind of screwed

If you think I'm not issuing a chargeback you have another thing coming.

We are very sorry to inform you that over the past 24 hours we have experienced a technical error with our system. This has resulted in items being advertised for sale that are not available to us at the moment.

Where did you get this? Still haven't received anything. Ordered through website and ebay.

Currently out of stock but they keep re-adding more stock so will leave as unexpired so its easier for people to check.

    The first rule of misprices
    1. You never contact customer services of the company who made the mistake
  12. BringItOnDown's avatar
    too good to be true
  13. milkshake22's avatar
Looks like company was in trouble needed funds to pay debt/bills, they will refund within coming weeks and they going to stall as long as they can if they don’t go under in meantime. (edited)
    Jack_Ch_'s avatar
Did work experience at a place for 10 weeks just after leaving school years ago who would do this purposely.

They'd put popular items on sale for a day at silly prices even if they didn't have those items, get all the money in, say it was a mistake and then make it a hassle for the customer to get a refund, it was surprising how many people actually didn't get in touch for a refund too, so they effectively got free money.

I was only 16 at the time and they'd give me free stuff like sound systems etc so at the time I couldn't care less.

Had my cancellation through from eBay, but reason was buyer cancelled, so having that changed - not that it will make any difference, but I certainly wouldnt have cancelled at this price
    XiaofengXiaofeng_Xiaofeng's avatar
They're abusing the cancel system to avoid a strike by using "buyer asked to cancel". They need reporting for abusing ebay policy, sellers are not allowed to lie about that under any circumstances to avoid a penalty for them feeling they wrongly listing items.

That's not how ebay works nor has it ever. You cannot just send out buyer asked to cancel when the buyer didn't just to try avoid your seller rating being reduced when it was your mistake. (edited)

Took a few goes to get one as increased stock then sold out! Will cross my fingers as this is literally the only size of screen we can fit on the bedroom wall! Had my eye on this for about year as I needed optical or HDMI ARC to go to the Sonos Beam and using the Samsung M7 at the moment but a cheap 1080p screen vs a 1440p OLED is no contest!
    XiaofengXiaofeng_Xiaofeng's avatar
Feel free to report them to ebay for lying that you told them to cancel the order.

50945005-9ZnMs.jpgGot this as meant to be £9.5k.. there's no way it will be honoured but as I always say, got to be in it to win it even if it's unlikely

I'm buying their entirely inventory to open a new business called MyITDelivered.

Lol rogue employee for sure. Probs sleeping with the boss or something and the boss shut the affair down and this is the result, feeding frenzy for us bottom feeders

Thanks to the author telling the company about the error the only good value item they have left is this £5.75 plastic model Tapir

8 sold, they did have 4 initially and they added 4 more. I'll put it as expired and then bring it back live if they add more.

Hoping it turns out to be true. If so I owe you man!

    If only it was 4K
    cantonbean's avatar
Depends on what you are using it for? At this size 1440p is great for gaming and productivity. 240hz OLED at 4K you'd need one hell of a GPU! I will be using it more as a TV so do agree in terms of media consumption. Not even sure 4K 240hz OLED exists in terms of current tech at this size (just seen ROG have a 32 inch one coming)

Not working on website. Once you get to payment it says no longer in inventory. Also it seems like ebay and website orders are getting cancelled. (edited)

Commenting just to observe what happens, good luck to all you guys
    XiaofengXiaofeng_Xiaofeng's avatar
Nothing. The author for no apparent reason phoned them up and told them. Then they took the items down and the website and now won't be despatching the orders obviously. If they had just shut up then there was a chance that they'd despatch without realising the mistake on the goods out side. Very quality self own from the author.
