    I've been ATTEMPTING to meditate for more than 30 years now, but find that I clear my mind so effectively that I simply fall asleep. Hoping that this book can give me some pointers on what I'm doing wrong.

    Are you meditating lieing down? If so try doing it sitting up with your back straight but unsupported.
