iOS App not working?

Apologies if this is answered elsewhere (I did search but couldn’t see it).

Is anyone else having problems with the iOS app not opening? I’ve tried deleting it and reloading to no effect.

Any help appreciated. TIA

The development team think they've identified the issue and are working on a fix now

The team are still checking this and an app update was release yesterday so those members still unable to open the app, can you also please check that you have installed the latest hotukdeals iOS app version [7.0.1.3]. And sorry for any issues this may still be causing some of you.

Not sure if it’s just me but the hotdeals app just won’t open on my iPhone just crashes before evening loading
Have deleted and reinstalled and still the same, but working fine on iPad from which I’m sending this message.

Now working for me having deleted and reinstalled last night.

Just gone to open the hot U.K. deal app this morning and it fails to open. I have deleted and downloaded again and it does the same. I am on iOS 16.6.1.

Hi all, when I open the app on my iPhone it immediately shuts. Tried deleting and restarting but still the same issue. Sorry don’t know where to post this.

Looks like it’s fixed now, app wasn’t working an hour ago but now is. Hopefully fixed the notifications issue as well

No it’s still not working. Just re installed it and it still crashes. Going to download latest deals app instead (edited)
