Isn't the flight "duration" irrelevant if only booking flights. Surely it's based on the cost of each individual flight rather than the duration? However, they are still great prices for the flights, great spot if anyone can take advantage

Flights have booked up days. Which will be more expensive. The 21 days probably falls on two days that don’t have many bookings.

I think cost comments need to be put in perspective at times, the exchange rate being low is a big hit but it’s been that for a long while now. On our recent trip to New England we went out for a meal at a nice steak and sea food place and out of curiosity I priced up a miller and carter near where I live - interestingly the cost came out almost bang on the same apart from tip on top. Eating out in the UK or the US now is just really expensive but when your on holiday your potentially doing it every day which is the killer. I do find supermarket stuff quite a bit more expensive but if you have somewhere you can make a few meals at too takes the cost of food right down though.

21 nights will cost a fortunefor hotel, hire car and food etc.

True this, good deal for flights if you already have a set up, but yeah post covid prices are like triple what they were for food etc… so it would be fairly hefty for 21 nights unless maybe renting a villa at a good price and general food shop. Car hire isn’t so bad if you shop around and aren’t too picky. But if your wanting to do parks and eat out often it’s going to be a fair hefty bill.

Booked for the whole family. Expensive once you add accommodation but It's always been our dream to visit Australia.
Wife and kids are overjoyed. Thanks OP

3 weeks long enough to squeeze in a cruise or two they are still reasonable.
Might have to get down to Miami or fort Lauderdale if nothing suitable from Cape Canaveral.
