Yes Black Friday(November 18th 2022) had 25% off all 3 tiers as well as 25% off upgrade prices so expect similar this year, buy top-up funds from places like Shopto to get a little cheaper. (edited)
Unfortunately Sony has screwed over existing customers who don't want to upgrade this year and Premium customers are completely left out in the cold....
