Seems like a great deal for anyone looking to pick up a beginner acoustic, would suit younger players due to its smaller scale size. It gets decent reviews and I can't see anywhere else close to this price. Black model only.

Is this the same size as a 3/4?

Yes the scale length of 22.75 is the same as a 3/4 size guitar

Very beautiful guitar, lovely sound and very playable- up to the 7th fret!!!
The action got so high I had to get a taxi to the strings..... I'll have to sand down and lower the saddle. Its a bit of unwanted faffing about, but still a very good price for a nice guitar. I'd still give it a 9 out of 10. Would have been 10/10 if not for the faffing. (edited)

Try adjusting the the truss rod first. Leave top and bottom e tuned then 1/4 turns clockwise should see the action drop.

Tempted to get this for my mum, she's about 5ft. Would this be good for her?

So long as she has two hands, it won't matter how many feet she has

Would this be good for an adult beginner too? I've tried many times over the years to no avail to learn, and stretching my fingers is one of the biggest hurdles. I must have small hands! Thanks.

The smaller scale should make it easier for you. For me personally, anything which encourages you to pick the guitar up and play is a good thing. Good luck!

How are people getting on with their new guitars?

I've recently picked up a harley benton e-travel or travel-e which I really like. Aside from the obvious - anyone able to offer a comparison?

Arrived yesterday day had a play for a few hours. Awesome for the price, and will be even better when you put on what's your gravy of strings. Bought for a 7 year old but think I will become a good couch guitar for me too

For anyone still interested, they are still available for purchase at this price. Website states they are for pre-order but they have a new batch arriving shortly. Most of that batch have been sold but they still have some left.

Ordered for my father in-law who wants to learn and he has the smallest hands known to man! Hopefully this will do the trick!
