    Does anyone know if ID Mobile allows you access to the free wi-fi service on the Tube/underground….or do you have to be directly with one of the major providers like Vodafone, Three, O2 etc to use that service? :/

    No they don't. If you really need it get a PAYG for one of the main networks and subscribe, then use the details on the same handset. (edited)

    Complete set of Muppets. Signed up with them last month and it was a comedy of errors from them sending me the wrong SIM card to blaming me for inserting it in my phone. Chat service was dreadful and you wait hours for customer service. I managed to get out. Never again!

    Successfully moved to them. Zero issues. Half the cost of EE and no problems so far.
