    They’re not for all runners. Someone running a 4-4:30 marathon won’t get the same benefit wearing these as someone doing a sub 3hr marathon.

    I don't think there are any supershoe options for 4E feet sadly. Your best bet is probably Altras and Topo but they don't really have anything exciting to offer at the moment.

    Are these definitely genuine Nike ? The long delivery time sometimes indicates that they are coming from China. I bought some Vaporflys off another so called genuine site and they turned out to be fake !

    The longer delivery will be due to these being sat in Nikes warehouse currently, or in transit to Sportpursuit currently.

    I usually road-run in Ghosts or Asics. 25 miles per week roughly.

    Shin splints a bit of an issue as I get older (43). Has anyone used Brooks Glycerin and had positive or negative experience, please?

    Any other shoe recommendations for road running/good cushioning please?

    I wanted good cushioning and went to a local running shop to get fitted and try some out. I ended up with Puma magnify nitro 2. Very comfy!

    Lots of runners here. I am a noob and do 10k a couple of times a week on a treadmill. Will you recommend a good Asics or Nike for a decent treadmill run?

    For that kind of thing I'd say it'd be worth looking at the Asics outlet store (outlet.asics.com/gb/…gb/).

    I just picked up a pair of their trail shoes (with Gortex) for under £70. I get them proper dirty, so the gtx comes in handy. These normally last me around 1000 miles on mixed ground.

    I'm not sure what you'll need for treadmill running, but I'd imagine these (this deal) would be overkill.

    If in doubt, check out your local running shop or try a few on in Decathlon.


    Good luck and have fun running. Get outside if you can. It's a totally different experience!

    Not even slightly, some people just don't suit or fit Nike running shoes well and find other brands are better value and more comfortable. Not sure why these Nike deals bring out the tribalism, it's worse than Apple vs Android...

    Took a punt at that price. Usually a US 11 in Nike but only the 11.5 available, so hope they aren't too big. Colourway is clearly gold, but says blue? Delivery about 3 weeks.
