Heat. That's a good price for Minton shoes, I usually spend £60-£70 on Asics gel beyond and I find them the best impact resistant Minton shoes I've tried, I used to get aches knees, no more now paired with sorbothane insoles...

I buy a pair of Asics gel beyond once per year, they last me well and I play badminton 3-4 times per week, I only get new ones as I lose a little tackiness from the grip at the end of the year....

Bought these 2 days ago from Amazon for about £43. Doh! Having said that they were the rocket 8. These say rocket 8 in the headline but the description says rocket 7. Confused. Either way I think that's a good price for decent sports trainers. Heated.

£30 for free delivery.. Looking for stuff to buy to make up the £30 :(

Cry me a river. The number 13 is far more unlucky for some. Wellies, slippers, basketball boots, rollerskates. Stylish shoe? Get tae France!

Love Asics,love the colour,pity no size 8. :{

Good deal BUT if you are running you really need to check you are buying the CORRECT shoes. Check that they offer the correct degree of support otherwise knee problems could follow. Asics do a check in store and ensure you are buying the correct ones. That said, good deal IF these are right for you.

Received mine, have to say that despite being very comfortable, they have to be the most cheaply made trainers I've ever owned.

As you rightly say, it means that if you live in England or Wales, and are prepared to travel to Glasgow airport, then you can usually get a pretty good deal from August 17th (ish) onwards. Obviously it depends on where you live in the UK, and how far you are prepared to drive. We did it last year and saved about £400 flying from Glasgow. We live in the North West of England, so our drive time to Glasgow wasn't too much of an endurance trek.

Break up at the end of June. No idea why its different but does mean you can get cheaper flights from England in early July and Scotland mid August.

So, what you actually meant to say was; "If you are needing these for the start of the new school term next Wednesday, then it's worth the extra £1 to ensure you have them in time". Not, everybody should spend £1 extra for next day delivery for the sake of it.... Btw I had no idea the schools went back so early in Scotland!

Sale on ASICS - 30% off running shoes + extra 10% off code
Found 10th AugFound 10th Aug
Okay - not for everyone; but ASICS have a 30 percent off on running shoes. Ten percent extra off with newsletter signup (promo code hello10) takes a 150 pair of shoes down to 94.

I absolutely agree. I was having so many problems until I bought my gel nimbus. I had purchased regular Nike gym shoes before hand which were giving me really bad foot cramping and hip ache during workouts, then i tried a pair or Adidas which were the same. The ASICS were recommended by my brother and I honestly haven't looked back. Yes, they are £100, but they do work!!

Just click "Get deal" up the top of this page. It's on the Asics Outlet.

Am I the only one that can't see this? I go on the Asics site and everything is standard price and there is no "sale" tab either. Where can I find the 30% off trainers?

Good deals. Invest in proper trainers if you're doing consistent running.

Like so many things in life, its a case of you get what you pay for. Skinny/lightweight people can probably get away with running in clogs, however for the majority of UK people, its worth getting a decent pair of running/fitness shoes to do any form of impact exercise. There's a lot of weight driven down your body onto your poor little knees and feet and a good way to minimise aches and pains is to get a good pair and that means paying more. Asics are a good make and i for one, will be taking advantage of this offer. Thanks OP, a very good spot

Some decent prices. Might be worth keeping an eye on Amazon for some things though. I know Mens/Womens/Kids Upcourt 2's were around £15 last week. I know the Womens ones mentioned above were £15.99 in all sizes as I bought a pair. Prices go up and down daily as usual with Amazon, so just put the size you want in your cart and it'll notify you when the price drops.

Thank a lot whoever added the whole details as I didn't have time and was on phone. (highfive)

Thank you very much,i bought the charcoal grey head band for myself since it's unisex so guys can wear it too, will be a great item for me because my face sweats constantly with dripping off from my nose,so this should help to stop it happening, never had a headband before but i rather look odd or weird than face dripping from sweat,i will probably wear this when going out in the day while the heat continues, hopefully i look ok with wearing it as I'm very self conscious about myself and clothes.

Build quality and shielding are a couple of things that might be better. I had a ten metre long cable a few years back that would only do 720p without HDMI sparkles (errors in the transmission). Bought a slightly more expensive one and that had no problem along the same run doing a perfectly clean 1080p signal. Unlikely to run into that issue with cables that are only a few metres long though. Still, good build quality should yield a longer lasting cable.

It probably isn't unless you factor in Amazon backup if it fails, and it saves you the bother of going to a pound shop.

How is this any better than the one you get in pound store..?

£2.48 for me... :/

I'm tempted by this one but I don't think it has anywhere to hold game cartridges, which is a same. The official one looks nice but I don't want anything with Nintendo Switch branding on it.

I am actually torn between purchasing this case or this one I either choose the amazon basic case which is smaller, but does not advertise the switch branding or I choose the messenger bag which has a lot more storage, but has nintendo switch branding! (lol)

The red one is only £9.82 :)

You can get a pair of JVC or Panasonic in ears for this price and they'll be twice the quality.

I would strongly recommend avoiding these, they are almost single-use in terms of quality. Spend £1.39 more and get these also which on Prime day sale:

Looks like something that even the Poundworld 70% Sale has rejected :p no offence to the OP but I can't imagine these being anywhere worth the Prime Day special price...

I have used Amazon sports in ear headphones and they are pretty good. I assume quality will be same

I purchased this one awhile ago and seems to have done well. Detected some dud AA re-chargeables (knew they were bad but was wondering if I could save them). Charges these and the same AAA batteries quickly. Benefit of it as well is it will charge single batteries - most cheaper ones only do pairs.

It was more about hearing from people who already have chargers but appreciate the suggestion.

allaboutthetwizzler £8.99 seems decent, can charge 8 aa batteries as well as triple a if you wanted.

In between Amazon and asda batteries, I will probably choose what is cheaper, but I don't think Amazon ones can be compared with Duracell or Varta. This does not means the Amazon ones are not good. And the price for these is good.

Last time I checked Amazon’s one rechargeable batteries had a pretty good reputation?

In store at Prestatyn Tesco - reduced to clear 20cm non stick saucepans £2 each Unsure if national. The shelf was full of them

Spend a bit more and buy quality pans, it's definitely worth it. The standard Tefal range isn't much more but if taken care of will last years of daily use plus being much easier to use as the non-stick is far superior. I had to use a cheapo non-stick frypan last week and my egg just stuck on it.

No I didn't sorry, they weren't down the usual aisle

did you notice if they had the scoville frying pans for a fiver as previously posted just saves me a trip if they don't have any, thanks xx
