About this deal

Been looking for a S24 Ultra deal since S23 Ultra prices went crazy. This is the best deal I have since release. £45 a month and £100 quid upfront. On ID mobile. 100gb Date. Unlimited calls and texts. Network is good in my area as son on it also. If anyone knows any better deals please let me know.

Or get a new S23 Ultra for half the S24 Ultra RRP. Barely any difference. If you wait till April the price cannot go up till next April at which point that practice may be outlawed by the government anyway.

If you factor in how much you would pay SIM only for the same data - say £10 a month - and take that off the monthly price, multiple by 24 (minimum contract time) and add the upfront price this is probably the cheapest way to buy it.

Example £27.99 per month minus £10 per month for 100GB you would be paying anyway for SIM only equals £17.99. Multiply by 24 months (min contract) and that is £431.76.

Add on the upfront cost of £499 and that works out at £930.76

Come April/May this will come down further.

If you take a contract after 1st February this year you do not incur the CPI increase in April but obviously you have to include 2025 increase.
Where can you get a S23 ultra for £500? (edited)

Basically the same price they had at the start, but all the freebies are missing. Looking at the prices of the 512gb version mostly but is all the same as it was at launch.

Really want this phone on contract. I know there is no heat. Any ideas how to get it cheaper?
