Can you still play these online? Didn’t they pull the servers?

Play all your favourite c&c games on community run servers.

Do all of these work ok on windows 11? I’m sure I Remember seeing somewhere a bunch of them don’t work ? Absolutely love command and conquer, would love to see some more remakes or even a new game in the series!
    theoc's avatar
Some require some tinkering maillnly for getting better resolutions. Not hard to do, plenty of fan made patches etc too
  3. Deemz1's avatar
It's 8.99 on the ea app
  4. hibbard83's avatar
Aldo reduced if u own some of the titles (edited)
    DealHunerExtreme's avatar
Thanks, I got it discounted as I owned a couple titles already.
  5. EugeneVictorTooms's avatar
Wish I could buy Renegade separately.
  6. WhoSaidThistoyou's avatar
    Does this work on Mac?
    aviva's avatar
Not online but single player does.

For those interested in purchasing the games separately you can using SteamDB.

Go to SteamDB and login with your Steam account. Find the game you want and click add to cart. Now when you go to Steam the individual game will be added to your cart so you can checkout and buy it.

Just bought Red Alert 2 for £1.49

Thank you for the new shoes

Cheers op. Bought them to never play.

Just went to buy this even though I don’t have anything to play it on. Thinking about getting a pc soon.

finally got my account I didn’t know I had re activated. Curious why on earth I have an account I don’t know about.

turns out I had the same idea before because I already own it. Haha.

Has anyone managed to get these running on Steam Deck. I love the remastered edition of C&C/RA1, but would lovbe to be able to play RA2 on the Deck!
    tianuk3's avatar
    also keen to know this!

    Affirmative

    Unit lost. So many times.

For the life of me, I can't imagine why this game hasn't been remade in 2024?!? Such an icon of RTS Action gaming!
    reckoning's avatar
Because the final one was god awful, and the popularity of RTS games also took a bit of a dip. (edited)

Picked up the collection and only played C&C 3 Tiberium Wars so far (played them all years ago) on Steam Deck. Runs flawlessly at maxed out settings and works really well with the trackpad controls.

Make sure to check that you're using the community pad layout. Feels so much better than the other console versions.
    SeymourHoffman's avatar
Best one in my opinion, wasted hundreds of hours in LAN parties on that.

generals running at a very choppy 30fps max, another game asks you to log into ea account but no servers, and then ,,,,a code from cdkeys that you may need to use if asked,,From cdkeys wot the hells going on,if theres no news update about fixes without going through mods im asking for a refund, and ive never done that before, and ive only tried 3 so far,was so happy first seeing this deal
  16. Max_Powah's avatar
Meh, I would challenge anyone on here to a 1v1 on RA2 or YR.

Not played in years but I was _very_ into it back in the day, I'm sure I can remember the correct BO still
  17. lixicus's avatar
They even fixed the origin version and now all games in this pack work on all Windows version above win 7 / 8 / 10 / 11 . No more need to fiddle with patches and mods.
  18. Pokkai's avatar
The amount of IP and classic games EA own and don't use is criminal. Strike, Road Rash, Wing Commander, Ultima, the list goes on.
Good to see these classics back on Steam.
  19. Dddd89's avatar
Generals for some reason was my favourite even with the racist undertones wouldn’t get made today I bet
  20. drewbles82's avatar
yesterday you could buy a few of the individual games like 1.68 or something, now each are 9.68, same cost as the entire collection
    ps3ud0's avatar
Looks like you can't buy them separately any more - was wondering if another remaster was getting readied...

And it's been ages since C&C4 had been on steam

Didn’t this collection get delisted? I vaguely recall searching for it and having no joy finding it, happy it’s back!
    alan.bernard's avatar
Same here, bought a laptop to play starcraft and this and then couldn't find it anywhere, thanks op
  22. scottbcw's avatar
Some of these I couldn't get working on steamdeck via ea app specifically red alert 2 so hopefully this will be better!
    A7z's avatar
There's a workaround but hopefully Valve will work it.
  23. jamsk1's avatar
Got this on the EA app but it's tempting to get on steam, maybe even better support for them.
    jayykensington's avatar
Same, got in on Steam anyway. One less reason to have EA app. (edited)
  24. AMTF's avatar
I bought these years ago on Origin (I think) and haven't played them as much as I could have done, because they were on Origin. Nice to see they made their way over to Steam. I will likely repurchase them as they are a great set of games
  25. buddn07's avatar
Just want to play RA2 on a Mac 😫
    elcaminos's avatar
Bit of a faff to set up but it works through Whisky
  26. Super_Hanz's avatar
Ah man I wanted to buy a few separately now they bundle it all which I don't want.
    neilly93's avatar
You can buy them separately. If you scroll down to "items included in this bundle" they are all listed, between £1.49 and £1.89 each.
  27. Zandolf's avatar
Heat! Already own them on EA, but figured at this price it's less hassle to buy again then try to troubleshoot EA's App being terrible.
  28. TestingB's avatar
Does the steam version work on Legion Go? I know the EA version don't but some saying that the steam versions work. Anyone with real experience of this?
  29. 2fast2kill's avatar
    Hot hot
  30. ik097's avatar
Do they still make games like these ? Any ideas of others I can get ?
    lixicus's avatar
    Tempest Rising or 9-bit Army
  31. Bingo96's avatar
    This or 9-bit armies?
    gopolog86's avatar
This easily!! Has more games and is better, 9 bit armies has alot of ex Westwood working for them,
  32. Foxeh's avatar
It’s cheaper to get C&C remastered, which is way better if you love the original two titles.
    Rik_Wadsworth's avatar
Are any of the titles in both collections or are they separate?
  33. phunny12000's avatar
I seem to be the only one with generals running choppy and 4 asking for log in, obviously I'm doing something wrong
