Stopped using ceratine because of the many claims it increased rate of hair loss.... (no I'm not talking about a few studies, but anecdotal evidence from people) not taking the chance.

Creatine is naturally produced by your own body and is one of the most researched and widely used supplements available. If it caused baldness it'd be well documented by now.

I am 40 years old and have been using creatine for over 20 years with no sign of baldness whatsoever.

Your hair loss is probably more to do with genetics than the 5mg of creatine you pop in your protein shake.

    I don't that's coming back anytime soon
That was more of a slight price error as they stopped codes from stacking now

I missed out on it :/

    Any recommendations of flavour?

Unflavoured 🏽 don’t like these chemicals they add to make the “flavour” for these. Unflavoured means I can down a scoop with water
