    I've bought 2 of these in the past and they both broke within a coupla weeks of having them. Have other Timex and Expeditions that have lasted decades.

    I was a bit nervous of posting a cheap watch for that reason but as it's via Amazon I thought it was worth it as if you get a duff one returns should be easy enough? (edited)

    Good to hear. Price has gone up to £41 so I expired the deal but it might even be good value at that price.

    Mine arrived today, the face seems to be alot more of a faded grey compared to the black as the photo and description on Amazon. Also the ticking is very loud, can't imagine I'd be leaving it on my bedside table or else it would drive me crackers.

    Otherwise looks nice but I may be returning based on loudness of it.
