About this deal
This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:
One-way flight from Oslo to Bangkok on either the 9th, 11th or 13th of April. Great for the start of a backpacking adventure across SEA.
I would consider arriving a day early to account for any flight arrival issues if you're starting from outside of Oslo. There are cheap flight options from the UK to Oslo too.

sorted byQuite typical right at the end of a season. When you see newspaper articles about people who had the aircraft to themselves, it is for the same reason. They ended up on what was effectively a positioning flight. Norse are just trying to get whatever revenue they can on these otherwise lightly loaded flights
I also thinking this offer really suits a backpacker, who is fit, willing to travel light, able to tolerate the unforeseen and physically/mentally adapt to potentially nebulous situations and changes, such as having to wait many hours, even sleep at airports and/or once in Thailand possibly manage on a budget, make up a itinerary as they go along and especially if travelling solo, have back up emergency plans/solutions.
And above all have a get back home solution, which most likely will cost a lot more than the outgoing (deal) cost.
And unless a cheap throwaway (exit) ticket is bought, or one of those fake (but usually accepted flight reservation (exit) tickets, then they will need to but a return ticket prior to start of journey as most airlines, and SE Asian countries will not allow boarding/entry with proof of departure.
This deal I do not think should be seen as something you just jump into naively and hope for the best... It needs some care thinking about.
But how great a opportunity it'd be a few HUKD good folk interested in it joined up and travelled together and became travel buddies, at least for part of the time away.
My advice was sound.
If what you say is true.. about travelling to Thailand AND other parts of ASEAN countries without a return ticket as proof of your intention of exit/departure to show either or both the airline or/and immigration... Then you have took both a big risk of not being allowed to board or being denied entry on arrival...
Akin to driving a car for years without a seatbelt and never being stopped or involved in an accident. Wow
So... 'YOU ARE ONE VERY LUCKY INDIVIDUAL'
Someone on here has already admitted they were not allowed to board (go back and read).
But more factual evidence to substantiate my comments can be found on travel sections of GOV. UK, and the relevant airline, immigration and government websites of MOST if not ALL South East Asian Countries.
Reading your comment again... I'm left thinking re. One Way ticket only?.. I am flummoxed as to why any hardened long haul traveller like you would even want to book flights without a return, apart from say on the very rarest occasion; which in my case might be that I am returning home to Philippines but really am not sure whether I'll be staying 1, 2, 3months or 6; but STILL even in that case I would buy a cheapo departure ticket or get a throwaway flight reservation departure ticket to show; if ONLY as a 'just incase I am asked' thing to have.

So far I've booked
STN - OSL (Ryanair)
OSL - BKK (Norse)
The hardest part of planning so far is how to get to stansted lol. I am thinking megabus + national express and just sleeping at the airport/plane. Still trying to find a hotel.
Good deal. I already have a Thai METV visa so I don't need to book a return. Would need to convince norse I imagine. So that will be fun.
