First time I went to Florida it was for 3 weeks and was amazing. You can do a complete Florida in 2 weeks with planning but it won't be a relaxing holiday, especially if you book at an off peak time The week after Thanksgiving is good for low crowds and is good if you can't take extreme heat, plus you get all the Christmas stuff 2 days Magic Kingdom 1 day Hollywood studios 2 days Epcot (my favourite park, could switch this day to AK) 1 day Animal Kingdom 3 days Universal + Islands of Adventure 1 day at a Waterpark of your choice 1 day Seaworld 1 day Busch Gardens. 1 day left over In terms of hotel vs villa. I've stayed at Southern Dunes and whilst the space and privacy is neat, it's half an hour of extra driving each way. Personally I'd rather go for a nice hotel where you're 10 minutes away from the parks.

But half hour closer to legoland and the Everglades lol

I would.

We had the 21 day Disney ticket and only just covered all the Disney parks and what they had to offer in that holiday . Don't try to do all parks in 2 weeks just concentrate on one theme at a time or you will be running around like headless chickens . Do agree universal is good for 14 years and above and the rides are a little bit more extreme than Disney. Don't think there are just Disney universal and seaworld in Florida there are loads of other stuff if you wanted to save a load of money on tickets (y)

You are extremely unlikely to be harmed by a Hurricane in Orlando. I was on holiday just before Irma last year and people from other parts of Florida travelled to Orlando for shelter.

Good deal, but we were there (very near this resort) last week, and it was very quiet, and a lot of the bars and shops were closing earlier in the evening, and some had closed already for the end of season.

Im only reffering to gatwick official parking only !

Sorry to say but it way over priced. Eg meet and greet £62.10 including discount while other sites doing it for £51 without discount. APH or Simply parking

Gatwick parking is pretty decent so thanks for posting

I must just be a lucky one, flew with Norwegian before with no issues at all and got what I expected for the money I paid. Also, I fly with Ryanair about 20 times a year for work/holidays and have only ever had a minor issue that could have happened with any airline...

I used to think Ryanair was bad until i flew Norwegian this is one of those deals that you would be lucky to miss

Lucky are those who fly with Norwegian as they will learn the true meaning of patience frustration and customer customer service.

I'd rather go to Norway

It's not legal in the Netherlands. It is decriminalised there.

Gone with Norwegian to a few places and always being very good for what you pay, sorted a couple of problems out no bother.

Sorry, I didn't mean to imply you personally voted cold, I've just seen it happened far too much where people vote down based on a personal circumstances. IMO each person giving their own costs is not a fuller picture for anyone else other than them because they are so variable.

I voted it hot. Why do you assume because some people provide extended facts they voted it down? Should I preface "I vote this hot, it's an awesome deal however please also factor in [X,Y,Z]? Especially when the cost of entry is higher than the cost of the deal itself? I'm not suggesting people are stupid but what is wrong with having a fuller picture on costs?

? Who said im moaning? I am just laying out facts. Why are you so irked by this? What did I say that rattled your cage? By the way I upoted this deal because it is a hot deal.

Does anyone have an idea what month they usually have a sale. I'm looking to book for the end of April 2019 for six adults. The price is £546.40 per person at the moment Economy Class I don't know if this will rise so panicking whether to book or wait.

never though about a VA credit card but suppose as you say all adds up that was a great price for UC

We use our air miles to upgrade to PE or upper class. Using the credit card, Tesco club card points and virgins shopsaway site. It soon adds up! We Paif £400 for base ticket, then used air miles and paid £120 for premium. Best ever was using my air miles for upper class to get a return fare for £480!!! Just beaware as when you upgrade with air miles you only get the original cabins air miles for the flight. Not sure the points on the uograde bid system as never used it :)

At least we are going! Something to be glad about :)

been tempted to go norwegian but prefer scheduled, wanting to book virgin as have free tickets into clubhouse, which is where luxury ends for me, but looking for a good deal with PE with virgin as there seat width is very generous

Stay in Malcesine and you can get the ferries from there to other parts. The lake is a lot larger than you think. Plenty to do from there.

Lake Garda is not expensive to eat out. I've stayed in Malcesine and lunchtime is cheaper than dinner. Wine is very very cheap if you buy some in the local shops , supermarkets. We had a fabulous time.

Just noticed the price has gone up £318 now( probably weekend demand). That said sometimes as they fill more seats on the plane the price increases.

We ate at The Green Frog and a couple of the restaurants either side. Maybe when im comparing prices im comparing them with Spain and Zante which i felt was about 30% cheaper. I did enjoy the Hugo Spritzer not so keen on Aperol Spritzer.

op where did you eat i found it really cheap i ate in most places

BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK To those who are concidering flying with Norwegian first the positives the Planes are new and perfect flight attendants are professional and nice but that's all. Certain very important things to note is if something goes wrong you are on your own no joke, inn the USA they don't have ground staff and they don't pick up the phone. I was flying from Chicago to London when I went to check in for my flight i was told that norwegian had sent the wrong plane and therefore they were downgrading me to economy because premium was full although i was the second person to check in and online wasn't working. I demanded to speak to someone the check in staff said I should e mail or call as they did not have anyone local. I asked if the meal I ordered was going to be available to me because of dietary requirements they said yes however when time came for the meal i was informed that they don't serve food in economy unless it's ordered on the system which did not have anything I could eat cut the story short I had Orange juice and water for the 8hrs but if I was told about it I would have brought something with me. When I got back i wrote to Norwegian who did not reply for 4 weeks untill I sent a threatening letter saying I will recover my money through the credit card company they wrote back and said well it's in the terms and conditions that we can downgrade you at will they refunded me 300 out of a £1000 ticket and that was it. So for those who go long haul on this may the good Lord be with you because if something goes wrong that's all you will have. In short Norwegian are worse than Ryanair and wizz put together. You have been warned!

Be very careful and have a back up plan if you fly norwegian they over book and they don't have their own staff at the airport so when something goes wrong you are on your own, they never pick up phone calls and takes weeks to reply to emails be warned! Jets are nice and new space is tight in economy and they also over sell the premium seats then down grade you with no notice

doubt it, yes they have lots of debt, but they are turning down AIG when they tried to buy them - always wise to buy on a credit card though...

Good deal

How the hell is it getting so cheap? I would book this for me, the mrs and the daughter and pretend kid #2 totally exists but is forever in the bathroom... Better than paying over double for just the three of us.

There are errors and then there are errors, like flight glitches that have been honoured. This is just a cheap late deal and I'd be very, very surprised if it was an error. It's been on the site more than 24 hours now and still available so if they were going to pull it, they would have done already. Florida prices have been dropping and it's becoming common to see packages like this sub £300pp.

We got a similar deal back in January. We were able to book and pay in full but then got a call within 5 days to say it was a website error and that they would refund in full. They sent me the t&c’s and it stated they had every right to cancel and refund. This will be the same. 100%

You can. Booked holiday last year and couldn’t take my son from previous relationship (long story) but 5 tickets booked 4 flew. Nobody asked anything (why would they when a ticket has been paid for)

i've got some cardboard cutouts I made earlier you can borrow if you want.

Gatwick is on the Brighton Line so most ordinary trains continue to other destinations, you can get via Gatwick trains from other London stations too, St Pancras, London Bridge and West Hampstead even, so no need to go to Victoria.

Are take this bus it takes 1 1/2 hrs if no traffic check the link if you want to go this way but prices vary for more passengers and dates.

Train 30 mins uk contactless bank card or oyster card £8.30 or £12 normal fare depending on what time and date for all fares.

So can someone help me out what's the best way? From Gatwick to central London

For my future reference, is the normal to-Brighton train different from a London to Gatwick train? Or is it the same thing/cost?

what an incredible deal! if I my girl was pre-school age I'd be there in a shot! We went to Skala in May last year and had the best holiday if my life. friendly people, stunning scenery and beach. Kefalonia is in bloom at this time of year with the most stunning flowers. It's very quiet so hardly any tourists which suited us to the ground. sometimes we had the whole beach to ourselves! We walked up mount ainos XD and took and trip to the capital, argostoli and watched the turtles swim to get their scraps from the fishermen. The whole place is stunning. It's no wonder they used it for Captain Correlis Mandolin. I'm desperate to go again but might have to wait until October or next may! :( :| :) <3

Just checked again it's £107 each with that option from Stansted on the 6th or 13th of May so £321 in total.

Does it have to be family of 4? If only 1 kid and 2 adults, what's the option?
