I've been hearing this rumour for a while, what is it based on?

The evidence of the last few months seems to be that Microsoft are still adding their first party AAA games to Game Pass, but big third party games (like Shadow of the Tomb Raider) are taking longer and longer, 3 years+ at least, to arrive now.

Because or he finished it or he bought it digital, or because at the time it was a broken games, it should be fixed now though. I played where in every cutscene somehow the main char was about 20 cm in the ground. Meaning everything that they were holding on doing was miss aligned was a really funny kiss scene because for me his forehead was being kissed instead of his lips XD. I ignored the problem, but I can imagine if you paid full price you would return it.
