    probably in the minority but thought this was the best AC in years with none of the bloat of the open world trilogy, and far more like the older games.

    I’m a huge fan of the Assassins Creed franchise, played all and completed several of them… even watched the “movie” at the cinema. After trying the several hours free trail this weekend I can honestly say it’s taken a huge leap backwards. AWFUL controls (especially R bumper for ALL combat now), game crashed twice and boring characters/story. I never thought I’d be hating on an Assassin Creed game

    That's a shame. I've completed every one since the very first assassin's creed. Thought Valhalla was just "ok". The best AC is Odyssey in my opinion.

    As a big fan and a player of Assasins creed since the beginning, I must say the franchise is going downhill with every new release.

    The best game to date imo is Odyssey then Origins. Valhalla was just not that great and Mirage just seems forced and rushed

    The new one that is a metroidvania is meant to be the best in years and fantastic game. You grab a month of ubisoft plus and complete it.
