No code is needed this time. Pretty nice price level for a hub that handles NVMe.

Few things to consider before you go ahead:
  • Pay by credit card or PayPal (if the option available) so you could be protected in the case if something goes wrong
  • Likely you will have a non-UK charger, and you will need an adapter or an adapter will be attached to your order
  • Use a fee-free card and pay in USD to save a bit more
  • Delivery can sometimes take a long time

4k 30 is absolutely horrible on a pc, feels like your machine/display is really laggy. If you are using on a 2k display or below then it should be fine.

I have this and its very neat, the NVMe latch is magnetic and very strong at that so wont fall off.

Considering bog standard NVMe enclosures can cost just as much this is well worth the price

My Orico just died and only used it a few times. SO I am looking for something else instead. This might be the way to go.
Might be good for my fire tablet as well, playing on Luna with my Stadia controller (wired) and charging the tablet at the same time. Well, I am still missing the Ethernet port... I need everything under £20 LOL
I liked that enclosure with RGB lights. Was pretty cool.

I've got this model but its been a PITA, constantly dropping out when connected via the usb c. The only way I could get it to work was with a usb 3 to usb c adapter!
This was on Windows 10 & 11 and on numerous machines. I'd love to know if anyone has an answer to this as I've not found one

In my experience, this is often a symptom of the USB charger not having the correct power delivery standard. It might be worth trying a more powerful / recent USB C PD Charger with it.
