Weird sizing . Ordered two days ago usual size 9. Too small. Ordered 9.5 yesterday , arrived today and too small.

Originally an Asics shoe.. sort of. Originally based on the OnitsukaTiger. Blue Ribbon Industries (later Nike) began as a distributor of Asic (Onitsuka) shoes.

And called Cortez because Adidas had the Aztec.. and Cortez beat up the Aztecs..

I remember how much I wanted these when I was a kid, bless my dad he wasn’t working at the time due to illness and had saved up so he could buy me them. The first day I wore them we had a school trip and went swimming, come back after my swimming lesson and someone had stole them.

Strange, I keep coming back to these ones (Cortez) as I like the style but also find them really comfortable.

People have different shaped feet so I guess they don't work for everyone
