Unbelievably low price for these. Just a note for anyone picking these up for use with both xbox and ps5. Get the xbox version as it is compatible with both. The playstation version is not compatible with Xbox.

I had them and bought for 129 and returned it, sound quality was ok , the dac is cool but headphones are not good and they feel very cheap. but i guess for 99£ there are not many better alternatives

For those that have these and set up, weird issue, was just playing and had the center voice channel missing from games, for example Anas voice in nfs heat, if plug headset directly in to controller her voice comes back, seems issue with wire that connect the headset to the dac, if I use the straight 3.5mm plug in dac goes in to far losing the audio channel as if pull back a tiny fraction comes back, if use the right angled end in dac all is good.

Can anyone else see if can replicate?

Want to buy a longer cable anyway so can velcro dac to gaming cupboard otherwise dacs in middle of the floor

Also it asks if in EU when plugging in which sets a volume limiter, wish I'd ticked no as can't find it now. (edited)
    Mastermaster's avatar
IF YOU PLAY THE TUTORIAL AGAIN FROM THE SETTINGS MENU, IT WILL ASK YOU AGAIN TO SELECT THE VOLUME LIMITER AND CAN SELECT "NO"

Really wish the daily emails would be sent out a bit sooner and not after the deals expire

Just 100% checking here, these are the WIRED version correct? So cannot go wireless with this? (edited)
    alexmurphy01's avatar
Wired only. RRP 250, usually around just under £200.

Just had an email to say Yodel are delivering the headset today.. So will update you guys

Xbox version OOS, someone bought them all for eBay
    Luke_Link's avatar
PS5 version was showing same for me then a few refresh and it was back in stock.

Decided I’m going to need to buy a good quality extension cable for the actual headset as 1.2 metres from the main DAC isn’t going to work for me. If anyone has one in mind I’d appreciate any help / suggestions. The cable that comes with it is fine for sitting at a gaming desk but far too short for sitting in a room gaming on a big tv. (edited)
    GeekUnique's avatar
Cable creation always worked well for me..they do a longer cable with amplifier compatible with most stuff. Via Amazon amzn.eu/d/5…HfI
  13. damianscotland's avatar
Is there any way to make them wireless? For example with an adapter?
    Ashton0955's avatar
No they are powered via the cable, no Internal battery in the headset
  14. Stu412t's avatar
    Out of stock everywhere.
    Clay92's avatar
I'm still able to collect ps5 version in essex
  15. JuniorReis's avatar
Is it worth to PC? Mainly to play CS2
    igrift's avatar
I'm sure it'll be more than fine. If you want bespoke EQ footsteps headset for CS, the Acezone a-spire is the one you want, I have it myself. Depends what level you at.
  16. Zooicidal's avatar
The dac is nice if you need 2 usb c inputs (cheaper alternatives if you don't) but the headphones are rubbish. I use the dac but use a pair of X2HR + mic with it and it sounds a lot better.

Really, that's weird. From what I can see, a lot have people have collected theirs or have them on the way for delivery. Hope mine are still good to collect on Friday.

I was debating on getting a new set of headphones for a while and wanted something for my birthday (9th) and these were on my list. What a timing OP. Ordered and thanks!

  26. damianscotland's avatar
Yeah looks like they've fixed it, I was debating about buying it, but I don't like that they're wired...

    Price back to £249 (edited)
  27. Connor_ITFC's avatar
Was showing for £249 but added to trolly and got to check out and got £99, couldn't complete purchase on website so got the app, first time still got the error message second time was able to complete purchase, got mine literally 2 mins ago so still worth a few tries (edited)

    damianscotland's avatar
Are they really worth for £99, especially wired?
  30. Jamjaw's avatar
Add to trolley from search page and still adds at £99
  31. GeekUnique's avatar
Picked some up thx…scratching my head for a use case but I’m sure it will come to me. Already have wireless versions for Xbox and epic. Main use PC but these will probably be laptop. Half expecting cancellation…worth a punt 🤪 (edited)
  32. stu333's avatar
Thank you frank I was worried about the cable length but one of the reviews mentions it is 3 metres in total which works for me.

Ordered a pair of PS5 version, was going to purchase an xbox pair for a mate but they are showing out stock. Can someone let me know if they return please

Also ordered the Turtlebeach stealth pro last week, not tested a wired headset in a long time so will be interesting to hear any difference

I grabbed one for collection about ten minutes ago says it will be ready Saturday from Washington
  35. redholt's avatar
Just picked mine up. Nice bit of kit, but I have some speakers I’m running the line out from and apparently it doesn’t control the volume for them. Madness. Even more is the speakers still run with the headset plugged in. Off to eBay I go.
    Mastermaster's avatar
Think there is a setting to alter the line level from fixed to variable

Think it might be a fixed output so have to use volume on speakers (edited)
  36. ChristopherDias's avatar
    Collected mine thx frank

Just ordered... fingers crossed they honour it!
    half_empty_soul_'s avatar
Why wouldn't they? It is a wired version no one is buying so ofc heavy discounts
  40. scottydogg81's avatar
Wired? As in have to plug into controller or into console? (edited)
    kilboy's avatar
Into the console(s) via usb to use the DAC. Can connect 2 devices and switch between them.

If you plug them into the controller direct you'll bypass the DAC. (edited)
